Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the netorigo.com site, operated by Nortinia Ltd. (1125 Budapest, Városkúti út 17/B.) hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
Service Provider: Nortinia Ltd., registry no.: 01-09-390508, tax no.: 22958451-2-43. Seat: 1125 Budapest, Városkúti út 17/B., Hungary.
Site purpose: introduce the Netorigo product family, receive quote requests, and route to relevant entry points. These Terms apply at the moment of use and may be updated — changes are published 15 days in advance.
Liability: the Service Provider takes every reasonable measure for site stability but is not responsible for downtime caused by third parties (e.g. Cloudflare, Let's Encrypt).
Disputes: parties first attempt negotiation; failing that, the Buda Central District Court and the Budapest-Capital Regional Court have jurisdiction.
