Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the netorigo.com site. The site is operated by Mediaorigo International Ltd. (Hong Kong); Hungarian customer relations and contractual performance are handled by Nortinia Kft.
Operator: Mediaorigo International Ltd. (Hong Kong) — info@mediaorigo.com. For Hungarian customers the contracting and operations partner is Nortinia Kft. (1125 Budapest, Városkúti út 17/B., company reg. no.: 01-09-390508, tax no.: 22958451-2-43). EU representative for data-protection matters: Mediaorigo International Ltd. Hungarian Representative Office (1125 Budapest, Városkúti út 17., tax no.: 27413254-1-43).
Purpose of the site: to introduce the Netorigo product family (AI-powered business modules), receive quote requests, and route to relevant entry points. Content on the site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property: the Netorigo and Mediaorigo names, logos, the platform, the software, the models and the site content are the intellectual property of Mediaorigo International Ltd. or its licensors. Copying, distributing or making derivative use of the content without permission is prohibited.
Protection of systems and content: it is prohibited to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, circumvent security measures, carry out automated data collection (scraping), overload the system, or attempt to extract the models or prompts behind the service. The operator may restrict, suspend or block access and pursue the remedies available under the law.
Specifics of AI-based features: AI outputs are generated probabilistically, may be inaccurate, are informational, and do not replace professional (legal, financial, medical) advice; the user is responsible for their use and for decisions based on them.
Liability: the operator takes every reasonable measure for site stability but is not responsible for damages caused by third parties (e.g. hosting, Cloudflare, Let's Encrypt), force majeure, or improper use of the site. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited; the limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law or the mandatory rights of Consumers.
These Terms apply at the moment of use and may be updated; material changes are published on the site 15 days in advance.
Governing law and disputes: in consumer matters the mandatory protection of the consumer's country of habitual residence applies (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6); Hungarian consumers may turn to the courts of their domicile and to the conciliation board (e.g. Budapest Conciliation Board, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99, bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu). The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025. The parties resolve disputes primarily by negotiation.
