Aliases instead of real data
Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, tax and bank account numbers are swapped for aliases before reaching the AI — and swapped back in the response. The mapping exists only inside our system.
One central, audited route
Every AI call flows through our own engine: measured, logged, accounted per company. No scattered AI usage you have no visibility into.
You switch it on, you control it
Protection is toggled per company in the admin, and you define what counts as sensitive — your partners' and customers' names can be added to the protected list automatically.
GDPR-conscious pseudonymization: values on the protected list and recognizable patterns (e-mail, phone, tax number, bank account) never reach the language models in raw form.
